What we offer
Comprehensive Subterranean Termite Control
We expertly combine subterranean-specific methods with complementary techniques to directly target termite colonies at their source. This tailored strategy gives you maximum control over termites, removing active infestations while proactively preventing future activity.
We combine advanced techniques, including drilling, aboveground and in-ground baiting systems, borate treatments, dusts, and foam formulations, to effectively control subterranean termite colonies.
Pre-Treatments for New Construction
We offer specialized pre-treatment solutions for new residential construction to protect new homes from termites right from the start. Our solutions include broad-application treatments to the ground before the concrete slab is poured and borate treatments to the wood framing. These proactive measures create a protective barrier to safeguard the new home against termites.
Property-Specific Solutions
Our treatments are customized for residential properties, focusing on critical areas like foundations, crawlspaces, and wooden structures. We assess your home’s unique needs to deliver precise, effective protection without disrupting your daily life.
Long-Term Prevention and Monitoring
We implement proactive measures, including baiting systems and borate applications, to provide ongoing defense against termite re-infestations. Our thorough follow-up ensures your home remains termite-free for years to come.

Signs of Termites in Your Home
Termites can stay hidden for a long time, but there will be signs of activity if you know what to look for. Contact us for an inspection if you notice any of the following:
-
Hollow wood: Wood sounds empty when tapped because termites eat it from the inside out.
-
Mud tubes: Pencil-thick dirt tunnels that run along foundations or walls, allowing termites to travel safely.
-
Discarded wings: Piles of small wings gather near windows and doors after swarmers fly off to start new colonies.
-
Bubbling paint: Paint or wallpaper warps and bubbles, often looking like water damage.
What to Expect During a Termite Inspection
Our termite inspection service is designed to be quick and unobtrusive, so you can get the answers you need without significant disruption to your day or home life.
A licensed technician will examine areas inside and outside your home where termite activity is most likely to occur. Inside, we'll look at areas such as basements, crawl spaces, baseboards and other accessible areas where signs of termites or damage may be present. Outside, we'll inspect the foundation, decks, wood-to-soil contact points, woodpiles and other conditions that could contribute to termite activity.
After the inspection, we'll explain what we found and discuss your options.
